Student Transit Pass Program "STPP Clipper Cards" are provided to all Roosevelt students. First time applying?

Once your application is submitted and processed, the card will be sent to the school, and we will get it to your child.  Clipper cards may take up to 3 weeks to arrive to Roosevelt.  Clipper cards are VALID until students graduate high school.  FREE rides on AC Transit and 50% savings to ride BART. Lost your card? Call (877)878-8883 to have a replacement card sent to you for $3.
