La Clinica
Roosevelt Health Center is one of eight school-based health centers operated by La Clinica in Alameda County. We serve students from Roosevelt Middle School and other community schools, ages 3 to 18 years old, regardless of insurance, residency, or citizenship status. All services are free and confidential. Under the umbrella of La Clinica de La Raza, our patients have full access to the following services: medical, dental, health education, behavioral health & more. To request an appointment please call our clinic at 510-535-2893 or come into our office M-F between 8:30am-4:30pm, we are closed lunch 12:30-1pm.
Family Resource Center
We have a Resource Center on campus that provides a food pantry, clothing, and hygiene items for your personal needs. All current students and families are welcome to stop by! Open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:20pm-4:20pm, If this doesn’t work for you, please contact Ms. Jessica or Ms. Kariah to set up an appointment.
Clipper Cards
Student Transit Pass Program "STPP Clipper Cards" are provided to all Roosevelt students. First time applying? Apply here: Clipper Card Application. Once your application is submitted and processed, the card will be sent to the school, and we will get it to your child. Clipper cards may take up to 3 weeks to arrive to Roosevelt. Clipper cards are VALID until students graduate high school. FREE rides on AC Transit and 50% savings to ride BART. Lost your card? Call (877)878-8883 to have a replacement card sent to you for $3.
